You are so RIGHT! These people are more than rude! But the retail lot in which we bought our home from is just as bad! Verbal treats, you have this day to be out! I have been playing this game with them since the first year we bought our home. And yes we have had alot of problems! BUT I BE d**n IF ROBIN AT VANDERBILT MORTGAGE EVER THREATENS BE AGAIN. SIGN A DEED OF SOMETHING AND GET OUT THAT IS ALL THEY THINK ABOUT! AND HELL THEY CALLED BEFORE PAYMENTS WERE DUE. SO we know everyone's reports are true and the retail lot LUV HOMES IS KNOW BETTER! AND THEY ARE ALL ONE IN THE SAME!

BEWARE OF LUV HOMES IN TENNESSEE AND IF YOU EVER COME ACROSS GERRY POLLOCK SHE IS ALL TALK! AND SHE DON'T LIKE RED NECK WOMEN! EVEN A WATER LEAK! IT GOES BACK TO DEALING WITH THE RETAIL LOT!

Can we file a Class Action Suit on these RIP OFFS?

AUTHOR: Michelle - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, April 02, 2006

I've tried every angle, but Vanderbilt, - Tammac Corp., -Clayton Homes...have every angle covered. They do not let you refinance, lower your interest rate, or even sell your mortgage. I've tried other places to refinance, but they signed a no compete clause with Vanderbilt. A few financial institutions I inquired with, said they finance thru Vanderbilt.
Vanderbilt has got a tight wrap on us and it doesn't seem like they should be able to monopolize the financing of mobile homes. I recently talked to Tammac, and asked if they could refinance my loan as promised back in 1999, they said nope, the only thing they do is take my loan back over if and when I go into default, to sue me. They cover each others backs...
If anyone knows how or if we can file a class action suit, I'd sure like to be included. Somebody needs to put them in their place, and free all of us from their hold on us.

We still owe today, what we did five years ago RipOff....

AUTHOR: Michelle - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, March 24, 2006

We bought our used mobile home five years ago at 18%interest, we had bad credit, and Tammac promised to let us refinance after a year if our payments were on time.

Well it's been five years, my credit is 800 and I am still stuck at 18%interest, they refuse to refinance at lower rate.

We've tried to sell the mobile home to others who put applications in with Vanderbilt. Vanderbilt refuses everyone who applys and states why should we take a person with a 680 score when we have you with an 800 score. I've explained that we havent lived in MH for three years, and are going to stop making payments if they don't approve another buyer, but they refuse.

Vanderbilt keeps us in financial strain with this mobile home payment added to our house payment. We have told them we are going to file bankrupcty on everything. They threaten to come repossess the mobile home, and the payment is only 23 days late.

The people who work for this company are unprofessional, rude and have no tact. I wonder how they sleep at night.

I would gladly like to see a class action lawsuit filed on Vanderbilt and Tammac corporations. Tammac still owns our loans, they hired Vanderbilt to service the loans.
