CRIMINAL COMPANY! In order to sell their Clarivein catheters Vascular Insights salespeople provide phlebologists and vascular surgeons with fake Medicare codes....these codes are required for Medicare to pay the doctors....Medicare then audits the patient's submitted claim and charges back the doctor for the entire patient's bill. This is widespread fraud committed by Vascular Insights as we have spoken with various doctors who have experienced this abuse.
