Vascular Insights LLC ClariVein Systematic Institutionalized FRAUD committed by Vascular Insights Account Representatives Quincy Massachusetts

This company engages in systematic institutionalized fraud in order to sell their product to doctors
specializing in vein treatments! We have spoken to several doctors in different parts of the United States
-- so this is not the work of a single, rouge salesperson -- who have all received bogus Medicare codes from
the company's sales representatives. Additional research has shown many, many (hundreds if not far more) doctors
across the United States have likewise received this bogus code for Medicare. Moreover, there are many pending
lawsuits against Vascular Insights (VI). One doctor recently contacted the company. Senior Management at VI said
"you should have checked for the correct code yourself." Another doctor called the company speaking
with the VI company attorney. This attorney had no response to the doctor's allegations, and according to the doctor the company attorney "sounded like a slime ball."  

The company practice of giving a bogus Medicare code is extremely problematic for the doctors as Medicare filed & paid claims are immediately recalled by Medicare months later resulting in Medicare demanding repayment & charging the doctor interest. In other words, it takes so long for Medicare to "catch up" to the fact that they received a bogus code resulting in a recall of their payment to the doctor after already paying out the claim that now the doctor must reimburse Medicare (not to mention the doctor's claims to Medicare's that are not yet processed). Depending on how many claims are filed through Medicare sometimes these scammed doctors have to pay back hundreds of thousands of dollars to Medicare!
