Be very careful dealing with this company.  They present listings for small businesses for sale which they represent.  The numbers they presented for a business I was interested in looked very promising.   After only limited investigation it became clear to me that the revenues, inventory, assets and net profit numbers were extremely inflated by as much as 40 to 50%.  While I understand that there is always some room for discrepancy and differences in interpretation in figures, I believe that this company intentionally inflated numbers to mislead potential investors.  If you must deal with any business represented by Vested, please bring your accountant and conduct a serious due diligence.
