What a bunch of cheats! The spreadsheets they use are so inflated! Conspire to cheat the customer who has cash for a business.

I was involved with them and they actually briefed me on how to inflate my numbers to make my business that they were brokering look great. Of course the price i was looking for went up considerably.

By inflating the numbers and raising the price they explained the buyer would look to negotiate a better price and thus we would all profit for their sales team were trained in how to sell ( cheat ) the general public.

At the end of the day my business had sold for nearly 40% more and they took the cash down payment and demanded more from the check. Beware for they are liars and cheats!
