After being on for a total of 2 hours the V2 blew. Two loud clicks, and nothing, screen went off, tower shut down everthing went silent. From sept. 04 till jan. 05 I have had a new power supply put in, A new motherboard .A new modem, I have had to uninstall programs that were put in wrong. One I can't uninstall at all it was installed so badly. I have called there tech. line 25 times to fix other promblems. Despite all this I can not send it back. I guess they know how much of a piece a junk it really is and don't want it back either. Also SHOPNBC has been no help what so ever. My SHOPNBC credit card is in a landfill. So if you are thinking of doing buisness with either company, my advice is DON'T
