After nine emails and a phone call and two monthly fees taken out of my account without permission, Vision Investing finally responded. They have refused to refund money they have taken from me without having any right to. These folks can't be trusted with a dime.

AUTHOR: Customer - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 12, 2005

I am writing concerning the rip-off report sent July 11, 2005. The customer, Thomas Greig of Elgin, South Carolina visited our website on April 5, 2005 and ordered our member's only newsletter at the special rate of 30 days free then $39.95 per 30 days with Chart Patterns download. The customer gave us his billing address, phone number, email address and credit card number over the internet.

The customer was billed $39.95 on April 5, 2005 and May 5,2005 and did not contact us to cancel this subscription until July 11, 2005. Upon the receipt of his request the newsletter account was deactivated and the customer was emailed a confirmation of the cancellation.

We did not receive any prior emails or messages from the customer requesting to cancel his subscription before July 11th. Our office keeps a very detailed log of all customer communication.

The on-line order form states, Previous charges that have been posted prior to cancellation requests are non-refundable. The customer does not qualify for a refund because he did not contact us to cancel the newsletter prior to the posting of the charges. The customer logged into our newsletter with his username and password that was originally emailed to him on April 5, 2005 and had complete access to the newsletter until the cancellation on July 11, 2005.
