Vision Investing Group Promised a service that they did not meet or atempt to resolve American Fork Utah

I was contacted by Vision Investing Group in Aug/06 inquiring if I would be interested in joining their team and take part in mentoring sessions to become a successful trader on the stock xch.

I asked several questions regarding the program and was ensured that this was a legit company, I inquired and they did seem to be respectful, seemed?

An individual and his assistant to sign the contract contacted me. They read me the verbal agreement, I waited for a faxed copy to sign and return and was assured that no money would be charged to my visa until I received a copy and it was faxed back, I also had 3 business days to rescind. This conversation/aggreement took place on Sat, Aug 19th, and I asked that all be put on hold Tuesday, Aug 22nd via email, which falls within the 3 business days. I tried to cancel the third day via and phone and email but I had no response till the following week explaining that I was to late and was locked in.

Vision did not receive a signed document from myself, the recording of the conversation between the assistant and I was also corrupted after 3.5 minutes, I requested a recording of the whole conversation, no response.

I thought I had better try and recover my loses etc and take part in the mentoring program that was promised earlier would be at my own pace, schedule and should only run approx max 1 hr/wk.

I participated in the introductory session and was than told that it would be on specific days and would be approx 2 hrs per session.

This with my schedule would not work and Vision suggested that they would accommodate me? I never heard back on any type of alternate schedule.

I tried to call the individual that signed me up and was called back and told do not attempt to call him anymore and to deal with any issue via email.

I asked for my investment back, no response, sent the training manuals and cd's back to have them returned as they were refused at Vision and shipped back.

I finally was able to get in touch with a gentleman and asked how could we settle this? I asked to be paid in full minus the $25.00 charge for cancellation. I was told that he would speak to the founder of Vision and contact me? This was 4 months ago and I have yet to hear back from him or any other person.

In the past 16 months they have yet even attempt to resolve this dispute.

I am very disappointed with the Lack of professionalism and customer service such an organization has and feel that they have not done any wrong, and with having no signed documentation I feel that this contract was breached and I have been misrepresented in all aspects of the original conversation.
