VitaXSlim Klen Cleanse Charged me for trial product Internet

I ordered a trial product of VitaXSlim Garcina and Klen Cleanse. I was only supposed to pay for shipping fees for these TRIAL bottles. Trial was for 15 days. I noticed 2 charges for around $80 each from them and called. They said I didn't cancel during my trial period so I was being charged for the program. I requested they cancel, which they did after several attempts to reduce the rate. I spoke with a guy on 11/23 and he told me the charges would be refunded. I did receive a cancellation email and I waited until today, a week later and no refund. When I called back they said that the $80 dollars each was for the bottle I received and since I cancelled after the trial period I wasn't entitled to refund.

I immediately asked to speak with supervisor and the first person responded very rudely but did put me on hold. In a few minutes someone else picked up and I was trying to tell him my story and he said the same thing. So when I became upset and accused them of ripping off peopel because no where did it say I would be charged for those bottles but if I continued in the program I would be. He also was very rude and told me it would be in my best interest to listen to him. They eventually gave me 30% of each charge. I relucantly accepted because 30% is better than nothing. I would not recommend buying from this company. The products do not work and their customer service is poor and rude when you question their policies.
