Daughter saw and ordered online on FB using my card. Charged $12.85 shipping. Received "klen coffee cleanse"" and "VitaXSlim Garcinia Cambogia".  No statement in package. No return instructions. Called # on credit card statement. 

I called on day-4 of 30-day trial. I was told "restocking fee" of $9.95 each  plus shipping - total $30.80. She advised me to "keep the products" and wait until day-28 to cancel.  I wanted to cancel now so no further charges would be on my card ($86). She said she would "extend" the trial period and for me to call in another month! 

After checking "terms" on similar websites, I found the "subscription" would be $86 per month! I have no way to prove I am calling to cancel the "trial" and had no place to return it. Searched the return address on package and found multiple sites also complained about on ripoffreport.com as NOUVEAU.  No way to prove I called to cancel.
