Vivint  What the? provo, Utah    

 

Trying to cancel your account.....according to Vivint you have to give your first born.  That is of course, only if you have one. Expecting older people to read and understand everything they read in one of those "contracts"?, Well, they certainly don't explain everything in detail but expect you to sign and then be responsible. 

    I've learned several things, you can't cancel, stop payment, talk to a person there without being threatened with small claims, or try to ask questions. Whatever you do, shop somewhere (anywhere) else... Frustrated beyond belief!
