My company is in the process of becoming a new UHAUL dealer.  One of the first steps UHAUL takes, before our store is officially "opened" and given the materials and knowledge to operate as UHAUL, is to publish our company info on the internet as a new dealer.  VMS or Velocity Merchant Services is currently using these newly published listings to quickly call the new dealer and present themselves as the associated credit card processing service of UHAUL and that it's mandatory by law to use them even if you already process credit cards.  Two VMS sales representatives, when asked if the processing fees would be covered by UHAULS monthly service charge, replied yes.  Two days later the UHAUL field manager arrived to officially open us up, and brought a card swipe to hook to our computer so we can process credit cards.  He had never heard of VMS.  So we were scammed and it's going to be a battle to close the contract.  VMS has already begun charging my account excessively.  So to new UHAUL dealers or anyone being solicited by VMS "Velocity Merchant Services" beware, hang up the phone on them immediately and save yourself from the nightmare.
