on september 13, 2012 I received a call from VMS.  The sale's rep. ask me who I have my creditcard merchant with and I told him I have it with Wellsfargo.  He told me that VMS have a better rate and do everything Wellsfargo do and they are the bigger comapny Wellsfargo sign under.  I still not interest in it, so he told me that he will give me the best rate and no services fees.  I was impress because he said they do everything Wellsfargo Merchant do and are the big guy who Wellsfargo going through.  I told him that I have a 48 months non-cancelable contract with Wellsfargo and I don't want to pay for early termination fees.  The VMS sale rep. told me that I will not get to pay for any termination fees what Wellsfargo do just to put that 48 month non-cancelable term to scared cusotmers so they won't cancel really that is nothing, because VMS also do the same they just put the 48 months non-cancelable on there contract but it doesn't mean anything you can cancel anytime you wants to.  I also ask him if they offer the a guarantee next day deposit even on weekend like what I have with Wellsfargo?  He told me yes they do.  I asked him again about the contract and next day deposit if he sure about it because I don't want to pay any termination fees and I really need a next day guarantee deposit for my creditcard processor.  He still said yes to both of my questions, so I was impress.  He told me he will send me some paperwork for pre-approval to my email.  He told me to open it and click on the hightleighted spot to type my name, because it was blurry youcan't really read those written, so the sale's rep. just told me to click on the highlighted and type my name, he said it just a pre-approval and the 48 months they stated on the form just there to scared customers so just ignore it.

On the following Monday the 17th of September I received the machine, so I was trying to get a reach of him to test the new machine to about how to send back the Wellsfargo credcard machine.  I cound not get a reach of him.  I try to call again and still couldn't geta reach of him so I left him a message and he told someone else to call me to run a test.  After the test the tech from VMS told me that he sended a form in my e-mail and all he want me to do is to click on the hightlighted spot and type my name like what I did with the sale's rep. and told me that the form just to said that I have recieved the machine.  I try to call the sale's rep. again after the set up and finally get a reach of him.  I ask him about how to return the Wellsfargo creditcard processor.  He told me to just send it to the address on the box where I recieved it and fax them a paper that said I no longer need Wellsfargo's services anymore then that should be all.  I was still not sure if that was what I should do so I contact Wellsfargo Merchant about canceling and they told me that they will charger me $500 termination fees if I cancel.  I don't want to pay that so I call the VMS sale's rep. again and told him about what Wellsfargo told me.  He told me that even if I pay the $500 termination fees it will still be worthy because VMS is better and cheaper. 

After when he said that I start to realize that VMS jsut to to deceived me in signing up with them.  So far all the things that they told me is not true.  VMS told me that I will not pay a termination fees with Wellsfargo, but now tell me that even if I pay it will still be worthy?  That is not what they told me?  So I again ask him about the next day guarantee creditcard deposit on my account.  This time he asnwer it differnetly.  He told me that it will take 24-48 hours before the fund be credi to my account and they do not proccess on the weekend.  I told him that I thought he said VMS offer a next day deposit, I still said yes, 24-48 hours. We hang up the phone I got mad because VMS lied to me about terms and condition and their services that they provide.

I faxed VMS a letter of cancellation on the same day I recieved the machine, packed up the machine and send back to VMS.  I also fax them a tracking number from fed-ex.  When the shipment arrived at their office they rejected the shipment. I called to ask them why they do not accepted their machine, they told me that the machine does not belong to them it belong to Nothern Leasing and they don't accept any shipment at their location.  They told me in the first place that they are the one who's doing everything and those are their machine, but now they told me that the machine is from Northen leasing and I already sign all the paperrork and agree to be the 48 months non-cancellable contract so ther is no way foir me to cancell now.  I told them that their sale's rep. giving me false information about their services and he also told me that there is no contract and the 48 months non-cancellable just something VMS put on their agreemnet and for me to ignore it that is why I type my name as the sale rep. told me.

VMS told me that I will not get to pay for a termination to Wellsfargo if I cancel, but it end up that if I cancel I will have to pay a $500 fees.  Vms said that they have a next day guarantee deposit fund into my account, but it end up that they don't.  It will take 24-48 hours for them to process and they will not process on the weekend.  VMS told me that I will not get to pay any service fee but it show that I do have a services fee. All the thing VMS promise or claim they can do for me or have available for me their can't provided, so I want to close the account and VMS won't close it and told me they will still attempt to withrawn money from my account.  Vms also say there is not contract,and for me just ignore the 48 months non-cancelable stated on the contract, but now VMS old me that the account can not be cancel and try to withrawn money from my bank account for something I do not use and agree to?  Now the machine is to be return back to me, I already told VMS that if they don't accept the machine I will no longer be responsible for the machine because it is not my and I haven't even use it.  VMS is a nightmare.  i wasted so much time to dealt with them and still haven't solve anything because they are not wiling to close the account.

Please don't let yourself to become one of VMS victims.  This company are not professional and will do anything or say anything to tied you up.  I already report them to the FTC and I really hope somebody step up to do something with all this scam from VMS.  We can not let this kind of company to be out there  ruining our business.  Please stay away or hang up the phone if you ever hear the company VMS.  They are a whole bunch of liar and scam.  Don't be in my situation it is a nightmare.
