VMS, Velocity Merchant Services Visa Mastercard Services (VMS Deceiving Contract) Oakbrook, Illinois

VMS uses deceiving tactics to get you to sign a 3 year contract. The application they sent me to fill out has "No Cancellation Fees" in huge letters on the front page. However on the third page of the application in very fine (blury) print is one sentence that there is an early closure fee of $495 if the agreement is terminated before a 3 year period. I will be checking to see from a legal stand point how one can so obviously put that there are no cancellation fees on one page and then hide that there are cancellation fees within a bunch of fine print on another page. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureu.
