Velocity Merchant Services contact me and offer their Credit card Processing Services. I ask for all information to be send by mail. A day later they call me saying that the rates for debit machines were lower and that I should sign up right a way. They fax me all the information. I told the Agent that it was hard to read, but he offer to explain everything to me over the phone. When it came to the debit machine, I requested the basic since I wanted to purchase not RENT!!. The agent offer me the lease to own option at anytime applying any previous payments for a newer model machine. I asked the agent at different occasions that if I decided to purchase the machine like in 3 or 6 months if they will apply the rent payments to the purchase and he assured that I could.

3 months later I contacted Northern Leasing Systems to purchase the machine after finding out they were changing me for property tax, processing filing fees, and other hidden fees. Northern Leasing Systems said I could only purchase after my 4 YEAR Lease agreement was over and they will only apply a % on to the purchase. I wanted to cancel  the services and contract that, the agent said that I will have to pay $1645.37 to buy out my contract and I will have to return the machine. I ask how much will it be to purchase the debit machine and she said $1345.00.  A debit machine doesn't cost that much. I can get the same machine (Omni 3730) for less that $200. After doing research on this company it seeams that they RIPOFF their customers this way.
