Northern Leasing Systems, Inc. will NOT negotiate with you to get out of their unreasonable, exorbitant lease contract.

I had signed a document with a CC processing company without being properly informed that it was a lease, and further that it was a long-term, non-cancellable lease. When I discovered a bunch of extra charges showing up on my monthly bank statements, many of which were not disclosed to me when I had signed up for this service, I canceled my contract with the company (Central Payment). They ended up reasonable to deal with but informed me that Northern Leasing Systems was out of their control and that I had to deal with them on my own...that the equipment lease was a separate contract.

I have spoken with at least three different "representatives" from Northern Leasing, the first of which led me to believe that I could negotiate a buyout after one year. When I called back to work out the terms of this so-called buyout, I was told that I was mistaken and that there is no provision for a buyout and that I am responsible for the remaining three years of the lease agreement. They threatened to "...send [me] to collections and/or sue..." if I refused to pay the remainder of the contract.

What kind of company does business this way with people? BEWARE of this company everyone. They are completely UNFAIR and UNREASONABLE! I have done some research on them and have found there have been lawsuits filed against them for FRAUD and UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. They have a history of ugly behavior with other businesses...read the hundreds of complaints posted against them for yourself!
