ElitePay Global Northern Leasing Systems, Inc. Credit card merchant scam Henderson Nevada

I entered into an agreement with a salesman, Jeff Schwarz, claiming that they need a four year non cancelable agreement, where they will charge me $300.00 per month and 1% processing rate on credit cards and no other fees. I also do not have to file the credit card compliance report. they will maintain all of that for me. They promised me a considerable amount of savings. When I asked him for a copy of the contract I was told that it take time to process it and that they will email it to me. Never got any email from them. When I asked why I have to have a lease agreement he told me that's how they are able to give me the 1%.

We never got any statements from them. When my bank statement came the fees drawn on my account were way more than what we were paying before. I called but was put on holed from the one person to the next. I filed a complaint with the state attorney and BBB. I returned the equipment in original boxes with a registered letter to both ElitePay and Norther Tool. After that I got a call from them saying that we can close the deal but it will cost me $14000 for Northern Leasing and $2000 for Elite Pay which is rediculous. If it was a normal fee like any other company I would have done it. They also threaten me by telling me that they will hand me over to collection and ruin my credit. I have a small business and can not afford these charges.

I have been in business for over 32 years and have not seen such piracy and rip off behavior. In doing research I found that they have multiple complaints and a very shady reputation. I want people to know that this company is not trust worthy and people should avoid dealing with them. This is all a scam. They focus on small businesess out of State.
