Voicevox Voicemail Service Billed Through ESBI ripoff, fraudulent billing Missoula Montana

For the second month now I have had a 3rd party charge of $14.95 on my telephone bill for Voicemail services that I never ordered. I have called and cancelled with the company twice now. The continuously repeat that they have legitimate billing claims, including all of my personally information. The lady on the phone makes it a point to say that they even have my mother's maiden name.

This second month, I was a little more friendly with the lady (same distinctive voice as the first time I called) and was able to get more information about the company. I was told that they do not have a webpage that describes their services. When I asked for the number to access my voicemail account, the topic was immediately changed to cancellation. She gave me a cancellation number. I asked her to send me via email a copy of my registration, something I had asked for the first month and never received. This time I did. It's a page of my information in one box. The other boxes all describe how to cancel the service. No information about using the services.

After repeated calls to and continuous run around with AT&T about this billing, I was finally able to get the amount credited for both months. AT&T told me that if it is a legitimate claim, they would send me a second independent bill. I have never received one.

I don't know if the situation for me is now resolved. I won't know until I receive my next phone bill. The service that this company is offering simply does not exist. Is there an agency that I can report this to?
