Voicevox Voicemail Service - ESBI Charged my phone bill 14.95 when I did not sign up with them, never heard of this company before ripoff Internet

Last month I noticed a $14.95 charge on my phone bill for my voicemail. When I called my telephone company and asked why they were charging me this fee when my voicemail is included in the telephone package I set up over a year ago. My phone bill has been the same amount every month until last month.

My telephone company told me that they didn't charge me this fee and that it didn't make since to them. I was give two different phone numbers, 888-298-3724 and 800-570-0269, to call the company that is applying these charges to my phone bill. I keep getting an annoying recording and can not get through to talk to a live person.

Now that a month has pasted by, I received this months bill and this Voicevox company has applied the charge on my phone bill again! I called my telephone company and asked them to remove this company and not allow them to apply anymore charges. They told me that I have to disconnect my service with voicevox directly. After hours of arguing with my telephone company, I demanded to speak to a manager. I told this person about the charges and that I can not get through to speak to anyone and that I thought it was a scam.

I insisted they block this company from my account and that they do some type of investigation or I would go to another phone company. My phone company is now looking into this so called Voicevox Voicemail Company. I am sure glad that I found this charge so quickly! $14.95 a month adds up to a lot of money for a service I don't even receive!
