Vystar Credit Union Unfair credit practices, Internet

I had to file bankruptcy a little over year ago. I had a boat, truck and a credit card with them. In my bankruptcy I caused Vystar a loss of around $40,000.00. The boat and credit card were discharged in the bankruptcy. I reaffirmed the loan on the truck with all intentions to honor my obligation to the loan.

I have paid as agreed & I have one payment left. When I called for the payoff amount ( around $460.00), Vystar told me I would have to pay off the $40,000.00 loss in order to get the title.
 
How are they able to place a lien on my truck title? The loan on the truck was a separate loan from the others.

We are barely getting by and are trying to get back on our feet. I need to get the title to my truck from them. If the truck gets totaled, Vystar would be the one to be paid by the insurance and we would be left without a reliable vehicle. I'm at the end of my rope with Vystar.
