These people are predators. It is not legal to collect a debt by seizure from someone who is totally disabled and who's only source of income is SSDI. They persisted so much this morning that they caused the person that they were trying to collect from to have a seizure. Shame on them. This is a medical debt from 2009 that should have been billed to Medicaid. Shame on them. They may not seize his social security disability check by law. He has no assets. These people need to learn the law. Thank goodness they will not get anywhere with this nonsense.
