Wakefield and Associates Actually threatened to kidnap my child. Aurora Colorado

 It would be funny if it wasn't so sad. Now take into account it was my seven year old son that answered the call. Whoever they asked for my son said they were him/her (my son couldn't remember the name). Then the Wakefield person must have thought my son was the person that they were trying to reach and really scared my son. I looked up the number on the caller ID to find out who called. Wakefield and Associates is a debt collection company. Anyway, my son told me the Wakefield person yelled at him, used bad words, and said they were going to get him. Like I said it would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

Evidently Wakefield has my number mixed up with someone that owes some money somewhere. Wow, I just looked at my caller ID, they have called my number at least 8 times in the last two days. Sigh, I only wish they would call the wrong person just once and that wrong person would be someone that could do something about them.

PS: I know all my bills are up to date. The name my son told me they asked for sounded like Jim or James, no one here by that name.
