Wakefield and Associates rude collectors, won't fix their mistakes, credit reporting errors Aurora, Colorado

I've been trying to clear up some medical bills from a car accident since 2006 with Wakefield and Associates. Every person that I talk to is rude and unhelpful. I have spent years trying to get them to correct their mistakes, I have paid all my bills and their bs still shows up on my credit report.

Every time I speak to someone, they have a different story of what I supposedly "owe" them. When I prove to them that I have paid that particular account.....then they change their story. Oh, it's this other account that I owe them now. They must have some really bad bookkeepers there, or else they are flat out crooks.
