To answer one person's question, yes this is the same Mark Walsh who changed the company name from Walsh Street to National Mortgage Solutions in order to continue operating fraudulently. I, unfortunately, had the displeasure of knowing Mark for a short period of time while I worked for National Mortgage Solutions. First and foremost, let me explain that I left the company immediately upon discovering that it was nothing more then a sham taking desperate home owner's money with no type of product and service returned. My goal by posting this is simple, to help other homeowners avoid being ripped off by Mark and the rest of his crew.

In Mark's rebuttal titled "the truth", he tells you to talk to him and then form your own opinion. If you were to get to know Mark, this is what you would come to learn. Mark is a drug attic with a serious problem. Mark claims that he had one DUI a few years back but it is common knowledge to all that he has had 3 that he never resolved with the county of San Diego and subsequently has 4 active warrants in San Diego county. This is the every reason that Mark fled CA was because he was well aware that if he ever came into contact with the police again he would be put into jail for a very long time. Mark has been, is, and will continue to be a very slimy person who cares for noone other then hinself. He constantly blames others for the resaon that he feels the needs to rip more people off, kind of like a pathetic ponzi sceem. He is currently being investigated by the San Diego County District Attorney for the hundreds of homeowners he ripped off while living in Ca.

If you are even considering working with Mark as either a client or as a co-worker I strongly urge you to save yourself the mountain of frustration that will follow. Mark will unavoidably at one point or another get caught up and rightfully be put into prison for a very long time.

Mark, to you, please again state that you have 1 DUI as "the truth", or explain why you would have 4 pending lawsuits against you that you are not even in the state to defend. It is very hard to lie about proof on GOVERNMENT websites, good luck.

I spoke with Don Sarver after my rebuttal. He has informed me that he did not right the report about me. I am still not 100% certain who did. I would like to know.

This is in response to the report that was filed against me. My name is Mark Walsh and I feel it is important to clear things up. I have ignored this report , because I felt it was so obvious to me that it was made up. The author was Karmawlfndu ( Karma will find you) , from Belview , Minnesota ( Belview is a mental hospital). Obviously the person who wrote this wanted to damage my name and had a personal dispute with me.

Here is the truth. Don Sarver wrote this report and I find it sad that this website will allow anyone to right anything about whom ever they want with no research into whether or not it is true.

Don Sarver owned NHLAP (search that on this website and find out what kind of reports are listed about his company which is now shut down). My company has this one fake report about me.

Don and I were going into business together , I decided to back out of the merger because of personal reasons. The main reason is I started dating his ex-girlfriend. They had been broken up for 2 years and as a respectful man I asked his permission to date her without damaging our friendship. He agreed and said that is fine, "I appreciate you coming to me." he said. Well it turned out that Don could not handle it and started attacking my company and my friends. He made it a mission to damage my name any way possible.

I did have a DUI back in 2004 after my bestfriend pasted away and I have now become a strong advocate of not drinking and driving. I never beat my girlfriend, I treated her like a princess.

I have strong work ethics and morals and because I know I am doing business for the right reasons, not the money , but to help homeowners ( which my company has saved close to 1000 homes from foreclosure) I know deep down I will continue to succeed.

As for Don I hold no grudge and I did learned allot from him. I feel I am a better person from knowing him. I hope the people that read this report do not judge me based off of a person anger and personal attacks towards me. It has no bearing on who I am or what kind of person I am.

I have seen Mr. Walsh listed as the President of another company. I believe with National Mortgage Solutions in San Diego. Is this the same person?
