Last Sunday, May 26, 2013, My wife, daughter, and four grandkids, went to the Magic Kingdom. We are both working people who have to save and sacrifice many things to be able to take our grandkids to Disney. On the first ride, Jungle Cruise, we noticed that they were letting other people in front of us. We were in line for about an hour and knew that that is the way it was. To our surprise, we found that Disney was letting other people cut in front of the long line. Fist we thought it was a group with handicap people, which would be ok, but it was not. I asked and they told me that is was the “fast pass”. People who can afford it pay extra and they do not have to make the line.
It is very unfair since we paid for the same rights as anyone else.
We felt like a second class citizen when Disney allowed other guests to cut in front of the waiting line. Disney allows rich people not to make lines by paying extra. Us, the working people get humiliated, and have to wait longer in line while the rich people go on first.
I hope there is a class action law suit some day.

FastPass

Unlike most other parks, Fastpass at Disney is a FREE service. Doesn't cost anymore than what you paid for admission. The fact that you were ignorant of fastpass is your own fault. There are signs all over the park regarding FastPass distribution terminals with employees stationed to help you if you don't understand what is going on.
If you felt like a second class citizen, that is on you for not exploring your options and asking questions. That is on you for making assumptions. A class action suit for a FREE service available to ANYONE who enters the park? Really? What are your damages? Oh none. That is right.

Pay Attention

At Disney, you do not have have to pay for a FastPass. That is a free service that is offered to all guest. You go to the FastPass distribution point and get your FastPass, then return at the stated time on the ticket. There is no need to bash a company just because you do not understand how things work.

Let me guess, you feel slighted because someone else PURCHASED a fast pass, which gives them the right to get on rides faster. Guess what....You should have paid for the fast pass. Jeez, really?? Those ppl PAID for better service. So your going to blame Disney because you were too cheap?? You really need to get your head out of your arse.
