Warehouse Service Center, Inc. SCD Services, Inc. Laundering money through tonor Escondido, California

A Ms. Taylor called & claimed to be our account rep. for tonor for  our HP machine. I said that we're supposed to be on a contract where tonor is automatically sent to us when it gets low (I've not dealt with the tonor for that particular machene yet, just repair men). She said I was correct & that she was calling because they failed to give us timely notice regarding a price increase so they were going to send us 8 more toners at the old price.

Ms. Taylor said she was going to fax over a document outlining the price change & agreement along with a second document that I would need to sign agreeing to the terms. That document was never faxed over, instead, I simply received an order confirmation for a single tonor cartridge at $619.00. Thinking this was legitimately from our rep, I signed it & faxed it back. When they sent a bill separate from the tonor, one of the other people in my office realized I was duped because we're on a contract with Ikon & pay a monthly fee for the unit, period, not separately for tonor or parts, etc.

I can't believe I was that stupid, but we sent the tonor back unopened & haven't paid the bill since it was a fraudulent contract to begin with.
