Company calls to sell you a toner that they should have called you about last month because the price went up, but they will sell you some right now at the previous price.  Brian tried to sell a case of 10 at the "reduced" price of $349, because it had gone up to over $600 dollars.  I called the company who services our copy machine and they sell the toner for $86.50.  Brian then refuses to give a call back number or the real name of the company he works for.  He is also the highest person that anyone can talk to.  No one is above him, he IS located in the corporate office and the owner of the company "doesn't take calls".  When calling the number on the invoice, I get a woman who claims that a Brian doesn't work there, they are just a 3rd party billing company, but she would be glad to get me the phone number for the company who the order was placed with.  When calling that number, only get a recording to leave a number for a call back.  No one calls back.  Please beware that this is a SCAM and that your copy company is more than willing to help you find toner at a resonable price.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Disgusting People!

AUTHOR: Jamie - ()

POSTED: Sunday, March 16, 2014

I recently worked for a office that was connected to IDCSERVCO called Elite Office Supplies, Tammi Williams was the office manager at this office which is located in Glendora, ca at 620 s. Glendora Ave. Tammi's boss is glen diamond III. Monday-Friday from 7am-1pm, Tammi along with myself and 9 other women called pages upon pages of companies trying to con them on purchasing toner from us, I had no idea this was a scam until I was talking with the girls in the office and they told me what was really going on and to check out ripoff report. I did and I was disgusted with what I had read and as of the 5th of march, 2014 I was fired because of my production, after I had read all the reports about this company I couldn't call and do that to the companies which of course were all out of state. I will do what ever I can to try and shut down this company. I doubt it will be successful seeing how they will change their name and location but atleast I hopefully get their names out. By the way glen goes by the name of Rick.
