Wargaming (World Of Tanks) Harrassment from another player was not handled

I have a friend that played world of tanks and was harrassed by another player. when reported to player support nothing was done. so since the harrassment his stats have continued to decline. Still player support does nothing. I also play the game and have a russian tank KV-IS and in one game I shot and eleiminated 5 enemy tanks in one game. went to the next game and got blown up at homebase 10 seconds after the game started.

Next game lasted about 30 seconds. I reported it and they told me it was due to the matchmaker. the player support team is very rude and I have never received any help from them whatsoever. It is always my fault according to them. I have sent them replay after replay and still nothing. the players that pay for premium accounts seem to always win.

I have played game after game of the team I am on not winning at all. Gets sickening. I think that wargaming controls who wins and loses. I never see moderators in any of the games that I play. there is a thing they have about hunt the sheriff and if you kill that tank you get gold. Of all the times that i have played I have never seen a sheriff tank on the playing field so that is a bold facd lie.
