Warner Health Care Avlimil ripoff misleading television advertisement now I am charged monthly for avlimil without end for one year. Cincinnati Ohio

Avilmil a misleading television advertisement. Warner Health claims that Avlimil is free for thirty days. In the unreadable print at the end of the add they authorize themselves to charge you monthly for the period of one year.

They say satisfaction is guaranteed, not disclosing there will be no refund until you have received the product for one year. I received the first 30 day cycle of Avilmil and before I had taken a weeks supply I had been sent the next thirthy days supply. I was not alloted ample time to sample this product before I was sent the next 30 day supply.

Because of the misrepresentation of this product and the monthly debit that caused my account to be overdrawn which also caused my finicial institution to charge a nominal fee of 33.00.The appropriate action for Avilmil to take concerning my situation is to refund all fees for said product as well as the charges I received due to there debit to my account,a balance of 68.00.
