Warner Health Care - Avlimil unauthorized bank charges! Rip-off! Blue Ash Ohio

I was taken in by the Avlimil 30 day free trial. I was asked for my credit card only to assess shipping charges. The representative gave me his name and extension should I want to order more.

I knew a week into using the product it was not for me as it had some side affects. They claim that there are no side affects.

Imagine my surprise when a month later I am charged $65.50 for the production and $4.50 for shipping. I called their "customer care" number only to be told they would not reverse the charges as it already shipped. I told them I did not authorize this and was never told I had to cancel anything. They told me it was too bad.

I kept demanding that the charges be reversed and they kept telling me that I had agreed. I demanded to speak to a supervisor and they said that one was not available but took my number and said one would call me back. That never happened.

I then found this website and grew concerned about being charged again so I canceled my credit card which is actually my atm/debit card. Now I have to wait 5 to 7 working days to have a credit card again.

I have been trying to find an actual telephone number for Warner Health Care but none that I can find other than the Avilimil customer number. I plan on filing a report with the BBB but they say you need a real phone number. I hope this doesn't prove to be the only reason I can't file a report.

The people who only were charged $35 should be lucky I am out $70! I hope the word gets out about this company and they are stopped from ripping people off! I was so furious after speaking to them that I felt nauseous.
