I sold a total of four watches through these guys. They are here in Atlanta, so I thought they would be legit. The first three watches were sold about a year ago. Their "estimates" of value were totally over stated. Ultimate sales prices were much lower than expected. The real issue took place with the last sale...which supposedly closed on 9/24/2011. I called Eric Toso numerous times, and was repeatedly referred to their "accounts payable" department. If such a department exists, they never replied to my calls or emails. Last week I contacted the Atlanta Police and asked what I should do. They told me to make one final attempt to get paid, then call then to file a Theft By Conversion report if I could not get paid. I relayed this information to Eric Toso and was finally sent a check...three months after the sale.

Judging from the number of negative posts about these guys, I would strongly recommend not using their services. They appear to either suffering from kind of financial difficulty, or they are knowingly keeping money and property until people threaten them with real legal or criminal action. I have asked for an explanation on several ocassions, but have never been told then true story.
