Our company, Global Watch Brokers, has a stellar reputation with over a year in business. We take great pride knowing all our clients are paid as outlined in their contracts and are handled by the highest level of customer service.  The person who wrote this information has never transacted with our company and called our office in a case of mistaken identity. It appears they have transacted with watchbrokers.com and had a bad experience.

Our company does not have problems with it's clientele as is clearly outlined in our Better Business Bureau rating (A-). The only reason we do not have an A+ rating is time in business. We intend to be accredited by the BBB in the coming months. You can only achieve that with customer satisfaction. Furthermore, our company has no lawsuit action against it unlike what is implied in the mentioned complaint. To cut and paste information unrelated in an attempt to draw a connection is simply slanderous.

People have a right to post derogatory information about companies that do not follow proper business practices, however we find it alarming that clients of watchbrokers.com feel so helpless to resolve their situation that they group in all other watch businesses.  To insinuate the two companies being the same is wrong and slanderous. Case in point would be there is also chicago watch brokers and watch brokers inc. Are we all the same company?  

Of course not.  We liken this to someone who has a bad experience with fish therefore now hates and slanders all fish..or cab drivers, or lawyers, or cashiers at your local grocery store.  We cannot stop what information people choose to post about any business at anytime, true or false, but we can provide all of the facts and allow potential clients make thier owned eduacted decisions.   

Two of our employees, were formerly employed at watchbrokers.com.  None of the pictures in the above mentioned link are pictures of any of our employees. Names are said but the pictures are not correct. The two employees left because they disagreed with the business practices of their former employer as it related to their clients and employees. They were powerless, as many employees find themselves, to stop the problems.  

We are happy to have such quality employees that truly honor and respects it's clientele and stand behind them 100%. Should we not hire employees because they were under the thumb of their former employer? Should all employees of Enron, including the mail room, be thrown in jail for executive decisions they had no control of? Of course not, which is why those Enron mail room employees are not incarcerated today. 

We urge the author of this warped report to check their information, which is common knowledge and available to the public, before spinning such ludicrousness in an attempt to take frustrations out on the nearest company. Unfortunately, ripoff report does not remove any claims true or false regardless of a lawsuit for slander. This site grants anyone free reign to say whatever they want about a company, true or false, as the fine print clearly states. In today's social world reputation is vital.

We care about our reputation, our clients, and our employees. We are disappointed to have a smudge from someone who does not know us, and never was a client of ours to speak realistically on their experience. Those that have and are clients of ours continue to give us testimonials. This is a true reflection of our company (We have a real signature that cannot be captured on this site. We are more than happy to show any interested or in doubt):
