Boy am I glad to see that this company finally went under. I sent in my Breitling Navitimer back in January. After 3 months of not selling I simlpy asked them to return it. I was assured by 3 employeees by phone and email that it would be returned, here we are 6 months later and come to find out the Governor's office of consumer protection has finally taken them down and put the custody of the property into Hays Financials hands. I have been in contact with them, they are hoping to recover with $7000 watch. They advised me not to file apolice report, but the Atlanta PD wants me to file one anyways. Does anyone know if Hays can be trusted to recover assets or if a police report is needed. Thank you for your time. Im glad this disgusting fraud of a copany was FINALLY shut down after literally hundreds of complaints. According to the Governor's office they were to repay 475 clients a sum of $651,258.92 and a $20,000 civil penalty, but failed to do so. I have a feeling that I will not see a nickel or my favorite time piece, but I had to vent and try to send an alert to anyone else who may look them up.
