I had a problem with a CIC Credit Monitoring Service and while looking through my account for this monitoring service, I noticed another unusual debit coming from my account.

Looking further into it, I saw that this has been being taken out for 4 months now for 14.95 a month. So about 60.00 dollars was taken from my account. I called and cancelled and told them I had never signed up for any mombership, but they said I did. I finally got through all the B.S. and cancelled them. I went online and noticed that there were others that had the same problem as I do.

the CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

Remember Don't let them get away with it!Make sure theymake the Rip-off Report.. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.

More information on WC Value plus scam to Demark.com

AUTHOR: Alex - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, September 22, 2006

I found out that WC Value plus is linked to Demark.com, a website that sells "great deals" like as seen on TV products and other unique items. The site says that to contact them you have to email the company that operates them which is known as Value Solutions Inc. This is their address, (a P.O. Box one at that)

PO Box 3000
LaSalle, IL 61301
1-877-326-2757

You can also email at support@damark.com

I emailed them about the charges that i have been getting on my bank of america account card. I doubt they will reply back. I even looked up Value Solutions Inc, and they have no website at all. If this has helped or if anyone else has any good info, please reply.
