Membership Service WC Value Plus Charging my credit card with a monthly fee of over $25. a month for a very long time. This fee was so non-descrip that I really did not notice it. If it wasn't for the fraud division of my credit ca Hopkins , Minnesota

Just recently I was notified by my credit card company fraud division that there had been a charge on a monthly basis comming from Minnesota a Company called Member Services Value Plus.  My husband thought that this charge was something I was getting and I thought it was something he was getting.  Come to find out neither one of us knew anything about these charges.  We called to telephone number on our bill and they could not tell us what they did.  They were so vague but said my husband had authorized the charges that they had send us some kind of $50 credit card to use at resturants and we never called to cancel our member thus far they charged our bill.  My credit card company went back a year and this has been going on for over a year.  We called to find out what kind of proof they had that this charge was authorized and they told us we would have to contact Consumer Affairs in Hopkins, MN to get this information.  According to my Identy Theft fraud division they have to have some kind of authorization either a recording of the telephone conversation or a signed document.  We are pursing that information right now.  We have turned this over to our Fraud Division of our credit card company and my Identify Theft fraud division.  Maybe these people whoever they are will be taken down.
