We Hire Center USA (Lauren Smalls- Job Placement Manager) Offered me a 40,000 a year job via email at a "financial firm" that I never applied for. San Diego California

I have received 3 emails total from an individual claiming to be Lauren Smalls, a Job Placement Manager for We Hire Center USA. These emails started in January of 2015. I ignored the first two and marked them as spam, because in each email, she claimed to be emailing me because she did not have a working phone number for me. She also offered me 40,000/year jobs at an unidentified "financial firm" and UnitedHealth Group.

I googled We Hire Center USA this morning after receiving yet another email, despite never having responded to any of them. In each email, she has asked me for a working phone number.

In the first email, she asked if I were interested in furthering my education in order to secure a job. She also included a link to a survey I needed to take to complete my application.

The link in the first email that she said was a survey led me to a site that asked me to chose from a limited number of categories what field I would be interested in furthering my education. The categories were Business and Health jobs. I began getting calls from the University of Phoenix after this and promptly had to tell them to stop calling me.

I have not responded to any of these emails. Maybe reporting this job offer scam will help others who like me, are looking for employment and has to experienced being scammed instead of actually being able to find a decent job.
