Weapons universe never got a receipt, rude works! Internet

Orderd a pair of brass knucle paper weights for $15. First sign of a problem was not receiving an email confirmation. After about a week or two I decided to email them asking where my item is and if I could get a tracking number, also stating if they didn't respond in 3 days I would report them, considering this wasn't the first email. They very rudely responding using the words 'p***k', 'd***', and 'f***ing stupid a**hole'. Informing my they sent it to the email I ordered It with. I checked that email and searched the company's name in the search and nothing popped up. While they said they'd refund me, I found no money transfer from my account to that site. I searched weapons universe complaints and its astonishing how many people got ripped off by this site! They employee 'Jayden' should be fired for their extremely unprofessional behavior!
