In the fall of last year (2013) I ordered an item from this company and received it -- it took a little longer than they said. This put my mind at ease to order from them again. Late December, I ordered 2 more items: now it is more than 3 months later and I still have not received these 2 items. Money was taken out of my account immediately when I ordered. I emailed Weapons Universe, but I received no reply. Everytime I called them only an answering machine answered. I never got a call back from them. They took almost $70 from me and I never received the products I ordered.
Today I was told by a similar company that Weapons Universe is not a legitimate company, and that they tipically do not respond to their customers who they ripoff.

This is Natasha, manager with Weapons Universe Corporation. Beginning February 1st, 2014 - the company is under new ownership, new management. We are new organization. We are NOT scam. We are NOT fraud. We apologize if you had any problems with the previous company from last year. Sometimes companies can have legitimate problems and go out of business, or be bought out and taken over, as in the case of this former company from the previous ownership. I notice the complaints are from last year and even older previous years. We are able to help any customers with customer support issues if their order is from anytime from February 1st, 2014. Thank you.
