First of all I was a victim of a common Fraud from WEB HOSTING PAD.

After I purchase the 3 years service of web hosting + 1year of the domain name (totaling the amount of 71,64USD), I received a strange email from them saying that there was a problem with my payment. Wait a second? I paid via PayPal and the money was actually debited from my account. They requested me to fill an outrageuos form where I needed to put personal information like: credit card number, credit card expiration date, hand written signature, and so on... I refused to sign and asked them to explain what problem had happened. They "ingenuosly" answered that they sent me the wrong form to fil...

...and so they sent me another form where I needed to handwrite an authorization of the debit of ANTOHER 71,64 USD (and yet, they never explained what kind of problem happened with my paypal payment). After a few rude emails they sent me I decided to cancel my account and receive the full refund they promised me...

...how foolish was I! Another marathon of exchanging emails. And they refused to cancel my account, actually I was stonished to receive an email with all the hosting info as nothing had happened but... WAIT A SECOND, I could not upload my website to their server using the .com domain I just paid for, I had to use an obscure url (something like http://server512.webhostingpad.com/~mywebsitedomain) until my website had "propagated", ok... I contacted them to know what that meant and they wouldn't explain.

So I tried again to cancel my account and still nothing, I doubt they will refund me and I don't have the hosting server for my website. I'm contacting PayPal with all the details, if they can't refund me maybe they'll stop authorizing that kind fraud.

After a few clicks I found lots of complaints from users victim of similar frauds:
