I signed up with this company in June 2008 to host my website. I paid them then for the hosting for the following year. In June 2009 they automatically charged my account, without contacting me of such, a non authorized reoccurring charge for the next year of service. I did not want to renew my membership with them yet they automatically charged my account. They never sent me a bill or notice in the mail and never called me stating that I owed them $83. They in turn sent my information and account to a collection agency that has now posted a negative post on my credit report.

I have also canceled my account with this company and do not want anything to do with them.

This company has 29 complaints with the BBB on billing related issues. Due to their fraudulent business billing practices they should be out of business!
