Web hosting pad Taking money from my account without authorization. Mount Prospect illinois

This company called Webhostingpad is real scam, their service is horrible, I purchase a domain name with them for a long time, but it was a contract of 4 years, lately my website was blocked by google and thery could not either help me to resolve the problem, I decided move my hosting to another provider, which means that no more service for me with webhostingpad, until  I received an email that they withdraw $191,52 from my account using my bank account number(how they get that). I contacted chase about it but they could not resolve the problem. Now I am reporting it here and I am expecting any advice from you guys, please tell me what ca I do to get my money back and never charge me again.
