Just prior to closing A Wells Fargo loan after final approval for loan. Jesse Wiley (My Loan ooficer) called and said I could not get the rate in the loan douments for what was documented in writing as my loan and interest rate.

He said I would have to pay 2 percent higher, he proceeded to bargain with me a higher rate than my approved locked rate.

I have full documents from wells fargo showing final loan approval.

Bait and Switch.

I was well quialified borrower
