Jason Doby Wells Fargo Mortgage Failed to generate loan costing loss of rate; Unprofessional and unethical Huntington Beach California

Received mailer from Jason to refinance an investment property.  In November of 2016 we exchanged emails, I sent financial information and Jason ran my credit.  Via phone text I informed him to generate the loan and lock the rate.  The second part via voice text came across "unlock" rate instead of "and lock" the rate.  I called 5 weeks later nothing was done.  Loan was not generated and he answered with a rude text and did not own up to the face he dropped the loan and did nothing.

I would not recommend working with an individual with his character or ethics.  I have completed over 30 home loans and this was a first. Buyer beware
