Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co Judgment Troy, Michigan

I lost my job about 2 years ago and have not been able to find employment.  I was contacted by Weltman, Weinberg & Reis about a credit card that I had.  Of course with having no job and no income I tried to explain that I had no way of paying this debt.  I having been hanging on trying not to lose everything that I own.  I explained to them as soon as I gained employment I would be able to start making payments.  They went ahead and filed a judgement against me.  I don't know how these people figure I can pay this judgment.  Instead of giving me time and trying to work with me, they would have no part of it.  I am trying not to file bankruptcy but with companies like this they give you no alternative.
