Wesley Berry Floral flowers express delivery (fed) Floral delivery was 2 days late... I was never notified til got an email 2 days after my sister in laws BIRTHDAY! If her birthday was on another day that would have been different. Detroit, Michigan

This company Wellsberry Floral/Florists is a very unresponsible and unprofessional organization. Bottomline if you pay for a service to be performed and it.is not carried out on a specific date and.then the company "decides" to do what they please without conracting the customer I truly believe a refund or partial refund should be made to take care of their negligence etc! I paid thru Visa check card already so they have my money but I have no satisfaction in my attempts to collect because they already have their "Guidelines" making it Impossible to get satisfaction for what was.paid for!!! Please Help us!
