 So I ordered flowers from Wesley Berry's for a family members passing. I found them online and seemed like a great deal to get 20% off my order and a promise of next day delivery. I ordered on a Thursday. Its now Monday and still now flowers. I had a conformation email telling me they had been delivered. I live in De and the flowers had been delivered in Ohio. So hearing from family telling me they had no flowers from me I rechecked my email and card statement. Well, not only did they not deliver my flowers they also double charged me! I call the 800 # for customer service and it would ring once and stop..... I did this several times before looking up another number for them. But again it was the same untill I finally got someone on the phone. The rep couldn't understand me nor could I her and had to repeat my email 8 yes 8 times! So as I tell her my discrepancy she would just say " Oh ok, yes". She then put me on hold as she was "figuring" out my problem. Came back and said " Ok Ma'am, just check your email for the next few days". I asked, For what?" She told me for when the flowers would be delivered. I asked her why she wasn't able to tell me. She said I don't know. I shake that off for the moment and asked about the double payment they took from me and could I have my refund. She said, "Oh ya, in your email is a 50.00 rebate for the next time you order from us". (I'm ready to freak out now) So at this point I ask to speak to a supervisor. She said hold on, and hung up on me! I call back asking to speak to a supervisor and another girl laughs at me!! Laughs!! She tried to contact the supervisor twice and said he left for the day. So I asked if she was able to help me. She said yes. I told her the problem and at the end of our conversation she said, "I can't help you call back tomorrow at 10 a.m." Now i was pissed! You can't tell me when my already 3 days late flowers are going to be delivered. You can't refund me the money you stole from me. You can't talk to me professionally. And you toss a rebate at me for the inconvenience and I have to stop my work day to deal with you guys again?? Never order from Wesley Berry. Family member passing and no flowers are delivered. I will never in my life make an order from them!
