On 06/19/2014 around 10am EST, I placed a same day delivery order for a Lovely Lavender Bouquet with Wesley Berry Floral.  When placing the order I specifically instructed the sales rep that I did not want any Daisy arrangements as my girlfriend is allergic.   The flowers were not delivered on the same day as requested, instead they were delivered on 06/20/2014, one day late.  I did not receive a confirmation email of the delivery and no one from the company contacted me to inform me that the flowers would not be delivered the same day.  If I was aware that the flowers could not be delivered on the same day then I would have cancelled my order at that time.  In addition to the flowers not being delivered the same day, the company overcharged my bank account by $15.00 on 06/19/2014.  The $15.00 was later credited back.  They also spelled my name and my girlfriends name wrong on the delivery card.  On 6/20/2014, I had to call the company twice to check on the status of delivery.  When my girlfriend finally received the delivery, the wrong arrangements were sent.  Instead of the Lovely Lavender Bouquet, the company delivered the Summer Floral Garden arrangement which included Daisies that I clearly stated that I did not want.  I called Wesley Berry Florist and spoke to Kelly691 (Supervisor) who was very rude and not to mention she hung up on me.  I called back and she acknowledged the company error.  At that time she promised me a store credit and refund.  As of today, 6/30/2014, I still have not received a store credit or a refund.  I believe this company is a sham and should be investigated for fraud. I am very disappointed with my experience and will never buy or encourage anyone to shop with Wesley Berry Floral.

 

Ps-If I die and someone would send any products from Wesley Berry Floral, I would get out of the casket and leave my own got d**n funeral.
