*Consumer Comment: Before you talk about scams...
Westlakefinancial is not a company to deal with they start calling you if your loan is almost due and if you are late they call you 10. Times a day, they don't mark everything you say, if you set up arrangements they won't put them in, and their customer servie is lacking skills, they have very rude people. I hope they get shut down and are not allowed to loan money to anyone else. I hope everyone just pays them off and runs away from them. There are better people than these scamers.

Before you talk about scams...

Before you talk about scams and people scamming you perhaps you should look in the mirror..so let's take a look.
First of all Westlake is a Sub-Prime lender. That is they deal with people who have a proven track record of NOT meeting their credit obligations. Oh and before you go off on 1001 excuses as to why you are in this situation..it doesn't matter.
So they allowed you to borrow money on the legal promise you would make payments at set times and for a set amount. So what did you do..you didn't do that and now want to make "arrangements" to alter that promise you made.
I hope everyone just pays them off and runs away from them.
- Actually you should probably just focus on yourself and paying them off before they legally reposess your car for being deliquent.
Oh and there are better people...but guess what they are for people who have better credit and proved they can actually meet their obligations.

You didn't choose this SUBPRIME lender...you were placed with them because no bank wanted to do business with you because YOU developed a reputation for NOT paying your bills on time. Lets fast forward to today and you're here wailing about them calling you because (surprise, surprise) you're late again! Then you wail about them not making arrangements. What arrangements to you need??? The due date is the due date! GROW UP and pay your bills on time. If you don't make enough, then get a part time job. No, I don't work for them.
