Western Pacific Truck School Refusing to pay commision due to sales person they laid off, due to slow down in business. Stockton California

I was a commission paid sales person for Western Pacific Truck School, I worked for them for about a year.

In June 2012 I had 9 students lined up for the next class.

But a few days before the class, they laid me off, saying business was slow, and they would pay me for the next classes commision due.

But what happened is the other sales person rewrote all of my contracts and he got all the commisions due to me. And the President of the company told him to do this.

So I missed out on over $1,500. in commisions.

I really thought there was nothing I could do, untill I found this website.

I hope someone out there could help me get the money owed to me?
