Westminster Mint Mr. Clay Mr. Ripoff Ripoff years of business to be treated like a stray dog Internet

 I have been doing business with Westminster mint for a couple years but not anymore! On my recent purchase they sent me 15 coins pretty much completely covered in milk spots and I am not able to resell. That's what I do I buy and resell. In the past I received 10 prosecutors all scratched up and they let me exchange them. Well on this order I called and I was told my only option was to return them but they would close my account if I returned them. All I wanted was an exchange of the same round or a different design but this is what I was told. REALLY? You're going to close my account after doing years of business with you because you sent me silver completely covered in milk spots?

So after 4 days of calling Mr Clay leaving voicemails and not getting a call back I've had it. I was hung up on by the sales rep after expressing my frustration which is also very unprofessional. Mr. Clay is a ripoff artist who apparently likes to take your money and invest it overseas. It's no wonder he won't accommodate me then threatens to close my account. News flash Mr Clay and Westminster mint you are a tiny bullion company and its only going to get smaller if this is how you treat your customers. So it took me 4 days of calling trying to work it out with the owner and never got a call back so I'm done and I'm here to spread the word about this terrible company's practices. You see I run my own business and these clowns don't know anything about running a successful business.

Bottom line you don't treat customers this way. Mr Clay will probably get on here and tell you "it's not true" or say he's going to contact me on here saying he never got the message but he's here to fix the problem like he did to another person a few years ago. Well don't believe it Mr. Clay is a liar and a terrible business owner. Bottom line don't buy from crooked Westminster mint unless you want milk spot covered scratched silver that is supposed to be "mint fresh" and you will also be treated like you are nothing.
